On September 13, Mr. Wang Feiyue and his team from Tiandiren held a Meet & Greet meeting with the Hunan Academy of Social Sciences (“HASS”) in the conference room of the Hunan Academy of Social Sciences.

At the meeting, Dean Zhong Jun awarded Wang Feiyue’s team a letter of engagement and engaged Wang Feiyue, Peng Siliang, Shuai Pingping, Liu Lili, Yang Shanling and Liu Fan as perennial legal counsels.

Director Chen Jun introduced basic information including the history of HASS and its merger with the Hunan Provincial Development Research Center. Mr. Wang Feiyue briefly introduced Tiandiren and his legal counsel team. Tiandian can be summed up in seven words: "long history, large scale and good brand", according to Mr. Wang Feiyue. He also introduced that he has been engaged in the teaching and research of legal theories, and handling major and difficult cases since his practice of law for 23 years and adhered to the combination of theory with practice. As for becoming the perennial legal counsel, Wang Feiyue said that he wanted to use three "very" to describe it, i.e., "very grateful, very serious, very satisfied". He also expressed that in future cooperation, the team will adhere to a very serious and responsible attitude to complete the various legal services of HASS. In addition to the provision of regular legal services, the team will focus on the legal support for HASS's operation compliance system construction, so as to create more values for HASS, and provide professional and quality legal services, to achieve very satisfactory service effect.

This is the first time since its establishment that the HASS has engaged legal counsels in an open competition. Dean Zhong Jun said that the engagement of the legal counsel is of great significance to HASS, adopting legal approaches to manage and safeguard its legitimate rights and interests will lead to the maximum improvement in management for HASS. “We are very pleased to introduce Tiandianren's legal counsel team through such open, strict and meticulous comparison and selection process,” said Zhong Jun. In the meantime, he gave a detailed introduction and overall arrangement of the stock of issues of HASS which requires the legal counsel team's immediate follow-up and intervention, as well as subsequent system review of legal compliance of internal and external affairs of HASS which requires the legal counsel team's intervention, and suggestions and opinions on decisions of major matters. Dean Zhong Jun said that the legal team brought confidence to the HASS, and he believed that Tiandiren could give HASS "proper security".
