Chengdu Youlian Times Technology Co., Ltd. (“Youke Circle”) held the 2022 “Youke Circle” Summer Petroleum Summit in Chongqing from July 28 to 29. In the topic of "Whether the Defaulting Party Enjoys the Right to Terminate the Contract in the Lease Contract of a Gas Station", Mr Gong Zufeng fully demonstrated the choice of judicial remedies and the application of the contractual deadlock in the course of the performance of a gas station lease contract by analyzing the relevant regulations and combining them with practical cases, which won the unanimous approval of everyone.
