On July 28, the First Meeting of the Fourth Lawyers Service Group for Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs and Legal Training for Overseas Chinese Enterprises hosted by the Changsha Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese ("CFROC"), organized by the Tiandiren Law Firm and coordinated by the Changsha Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs ("CFOCE"), was held at the Customer Service Center of Tiandiren. More than 60 guests attended the meeting, including the principals of the CFROC, and representatives of the CFOCE and the Lawyers Service Group.
Chen Hui, the Chairman of the CFROC, Shu Zhiming from Tiandiren, Fang Zekun, the Second-Level Investigator of the CFROC, Ye Yufeng, the Vice Chairman of the CFOCE, Xie Dongwei, and other representatives of overseas businessmen and entrepreneurs attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Huang Yongping, Minister of the Rights and Benefits Department of CFROC, read the Decision on Engaging Members of the 4th Changsha Lawyers Service Group for Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs, and issued letters of engagement to the 15 members of the Lawyers Service Group for Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs. Yang Lin, a senior partner of Tiandiren and member of the Administrative Committee, was engaged as the director of the group, and the senior partner Li Yi, and partners You Yi, Li Nan and Sun Biaoliang were engaged as the members of the group.
The main duties of the Changsha Lawyers Service Group for Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs are to provide legal consultation services for the decision-making of the CFROC and the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Changsha Municipal Government, assist the Legal Counsel Committee of the CFROC in carrying out various tasks, participate in public welfare activities organized by the CFROC and the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office for the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the overseas Chinese community, and provide legal services for enterprises, overseas Chinese, returned overseas Chinese and their relatives, as well as Hong Kong and Macao compatriots and their relatives.
Yang Lin, a representative of the Lawyers Service Group, said that with the rapid economic and social development, the investment of overseas Chinese in Changsha has been expanding in terms of fields, regions and scales. In view of the actual situation and needs of overseas Chinese, the Lawyers Service Group will effectively protect the rights and interests of overseas Chinese, and at the same time provide free legal consulting, legal training courses and other legal services for returned overseas Chinese, their family members and overseas Chinese.
"The Lawyers Service Group for Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs needs to think about what the overseas Chinese community is thinking and what the overseas Chinese community is anxious about."Chen Hui pointed out that the Lawyers Service Group is an important professional force to serve the overseas community and to carry out the work of the CFROC. Members of the Lawyers Service Group shall continuously improve their professional skills in handling cases involving overseas Chinese, strengthen exchanges and cooperation, integrate and make full use of legal resources to serve overseas Chinese, make greater contribution to foreign-related affairs with actual actions, and be brave to be supporters of the strategy of "strengthening the capital of Hunan province".
Later, Yang Lin shared his opinions with the theme of "strengthening the awareness of compliance and the development of the compliance system, and promoting the high-quality development of overseas invested enterprises".
