On January 12, 2026, the renowned legal media China Business Law Journal released its list of The A-List 2025–26: China Practice Elite Lawyers. Ms. Liu Jing is a Senior Partner at TDR Law Firm. She also serves as a Deputy to the 6th People’s Congress of Yuelu District, Changsha; an Administrative Law Enforcement Supervisor of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area (Yuelu District); a Practice Instructor for Master’s Students at the Law School of Hunan University; and a Member of the Corporate Legal Services Committee of Changsha Lawyers Association.
With nearly 20 years of legal practice, she has focused extensively on corporate legal counsel and dispute resolution in major and complex commercial cases. She has provided comprehensive legal services to a large number of state-owned enterprises, central enterprises, private enterprises and listed companies, including Sinopec, Newufeng, Laobaixing (Hunan Laobaixing Pharmacy), Hunan Jiuding and other leading enterprises.
