The 4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) grandly took place at the China International Exhibition Center (Beijing) from June 22 to 26, 2026. As the only law firm headquartered in China with a booth at this expo, Hunan Tiandiren Law Firm set up its stand at Booth W4-A12 in the Supply Chain Service Zone. It ranked among six core service providers of Changsha’s special city pavilion themed on "Overseas Business Support", marking Changsha’s debut of such city pavilion at the expo. The firm’s booth was led by Zou Hongyan, Senior Partner, and Lu Chun, Executive Lead of Tiandiren Free Trade Zone Branch, showcasing the professional capacity of Chinese law firms in safeguarding cross-border cooperation to global merchants.
Wang Junshou, Vice Governor of Hunan Province, attended the opening ceremony and toured exhibition booths with a delegation. He held in-depth exchanges with exhibitors on deepening industrial cooperation and advancing coordinated development of industrial and supply chains.
Under the theme "Linking the World, Creating a Shared Future", this year’s expo gathered 676 leading enterprises and industrial institutions from 85 countries and regions, serving as a national-level open platform for global industrial and supply chain cooperation. For the first time, Changsha set up a special city pavilion centered on international, market-oriented and specialized overseas business services. It partnered with five top service providers including Dun & Bradstreet and Huaguang Sea to build an all-in-one overseas service ecosystem covering data processing, international logistics, foreign-related legal services and human resources. As one of the first 20 core service providers selected by Changsha for the "Support Enterprises Going Global Initiative", Hunan Tiandiren Law Firm is the sole professional legal institution within this ecosystem. Drawing on over 30 years of experience serving Hunan-based enterprises and accompanying Chinese firms to global markets, the firm presented mature full-scenario solutions covering cross-border investment compliance, international trade dispute resolution, overseas intellectual property protection, green and low-carbon legal affairs, erecting a solid legal risk prevention barrier for enterprises venturing overseas.
During the expo, Hunan Tiandiren Law Firm’s booth received batches of domestic and foreign institutions and business visitors. Domestic trade promotion bodies including China Association of Trade in Services (CATIS), Nanjing CCPIT, Changchun CCPIT and Foshan CCPIT visited for docking. Overseas chambers and institutions including the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce, General Chamber of Commerce of Shandong in Cambodia, Moldova-China Economic Exchange Center, Africa Bank of Morocco and Brazil’s Bichara Law Firm also paid special visits for cooperation talks. During the expo, Hunan Tiandiren Law Firm reached preliminary cooperation intentions with China National Industrial Coatings Association, China Meat Association, three Singapore and Brazil local service groups, one Brazilian law firm and one US law firm. The booth featured a signature free service desk for "Policy Q&A & Overseas Business Mini Diagnosis", staffed by Hunan Tiandiren Law Firm’s foreign-related legal team. The one-on-one free legal consultation provided to hundreds of enterprise representatives won unanimous praise from visitors.
On June 24, the special forum "Corporate Green Leadership and Low-carbon Transition", co-hosted by Changsha Municipal People’s Government, CCPIT Commercial Legal Service Center and Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was held on-site at the expo. Yu Xiayuan, Party Secretary and President of Changsha CCPIT, officially released a series of public service products including the Global Legal Service Institution White List and the Hunan Enterprises Overseas Project Express during the special promotion session. Hunan Tiandiren Law Firm was highlighted as a core supporting service provider. Its decades-long practice of offering full-life-cycle legal protection for overseas enterprises served as a typical embodiment of Changsha’s service philosophy of "let market players serve the market and governments discover market resources".
From assisting Hunan local enterprises in initial cross-border trade attempts to building global legal risk prevention systems for large-scale Chinese outbound investors, Hunan Tiandiren Law Firm has been rooted in the front line of foreign-related legal services for more than 30 years.
